Summer Camp Fun: A Win-Win for Families!

Summer is just around the corner, and for many families, that means one thing: summer camp! As a local realtor in Liberty Hill, I love sharing helpful resources with our community, and summer camps are definitely at the top of the list when it comes to making the most of those warmer months.

I’m a mom myself, and I can tell you, summer camps are a total win-win! My children eagerly anticipate camp each year, and honestly, so do I. It’s a fantastic way to give kids some freedom and independence, exploring new interests and making new friends, while parents enjoy a few days of well-deserved “me time.” After a busy school year, that quiet time can be truly invaluable!

My own kids have explored different camps across Texas every summer, and it’s been such a joy to see them grow through these experiences. Some of our personal favorites include Pine Cove in Tyler and Camp Peniel near Marble Falls. This summer, my goal for both of them is more outdoor activities, including camps, and less YouTube! If you’re anything like me, you’re probably looking for ways to get your kids unplugged and engaged.
